The 2007-2008 school year is in swing!  The Assawompset PTO is about to get hard at work!  We will be planning many fun and enriching programs for our children throughout this school year.  Updates will be posted as they come. 

 

About the PTO

The Parent and Teacher Organization (PTO) provides a unique forum for parents and teachers to work together to create programs that impact every student at Assawompset.  The family festivals, field trips, book fairs and fundraisers for the celebrated Nature’s Classroom are just a few of our endeavors.

You can make sure your child gets the most out of school-by being involved.  Studies show when parents get involved in their children’s education, good things happen.  The PTO is a great way to enhance your child(ren)’s educational experience at Assawompset.

 

Meetings

Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00p.m.  Usually in the Assawompset Library.  All are welcome to attend and participate.  The PTO always encourages new ideas and suggestions!
